Tiffany Stack, Licensed Professional Counselor

Hey there! I’m Tiffany Stack, a Licensed Professional Counselor at RelationshipStore. I specialize in counseling both children and teens as well as working with those who struggle with eating disorders.

While I work with clients of all ages, one of the things I'm really passionate about is counseling for children and teens. I believe that building self-esteem, conquering body image issues, and developing powerful coping skills during their formative years can make a huge difference in their lives.

One of the reasons I feel a strong connection with young people is because I'm relatively young myself. Being in touch with my youth allows me to understand their perspectives, relate to their experiences, and create a sense of trust and comfort. I find that my upbeat energy helps me build a strong connection when counseling children and teens.

I earned my Masters in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Northeastern Illinois University with top honors, summa cum laude. As a member of CSI, the international academic honor society for counseling professionals, I gained valuable insights that built a solid foundation to provide holistic support to my clients.

While completing my undergrad at DePaul, I worked as a research assistant where I explored intriguing topics like the benefits of expressing gratitude, the impacts of social inclusion and exclusion, and the complexities of eating disorders.

When I'm not at the office or reading, I love embracing an active and creative lifestyle. I enjoy running and long walks as they bring me joy and energy. Cooking and crafting are my go-to activities to unleash my creativity.

Being part of the RelationshipStore counseling team allows me to combine my passion for helping others with my genuine enthusiasm for personal growth. I believe in creating a warm and friendly environment that empowers clients to feel comfortable opening up and sharing their life experiences with me.

I also utilize humor when appropriate. Humor serves as an authentic tool which can strengthen the therapeutic relationship and allow clients to feel relaxed and experience more positive emotions. Together, we'll conquer obstacles, build confidence, and develop effective strategies to enhance your overall well-being.

I'm truly excited and honored to be on this journey with you. I can't wait to see the incredible transformations we'll achieve together. Let's create a brighter, more fulfilling future—one step at a time!
