Kate Umbriaco, MA, LCPC is a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor and has experience working with both individuals and leading group therapy sessions. She specializes in a variety of issues ranging from anxiety and depression to cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and grief counseling. Kate believes in joining clients where they are in their journey, and she knows that not every path towards improvement looks the same.
